Late Payments
Students will be assessed a $10 late fee for payments and fees received after the designated due dates. Late payments may also result in suspension of lessons and forfeiture of placement in an instructor’s studio.
Schedules & Weather Closings
While the Academy has students from many public & private school districts, the Academy has chosen to follow the Putnam City Public Schools calendar for holiday, non-holiday, and weather-related closures. The Academy will be closed due to weather any time St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is closed even if Putnam City Public Schools are open.
Make-Up Lessons
We consider your private lesson time(s) to be a standing appointment. If an instructor misses a lesson, it will be made up at no additional cost. If the student misses a lesson, a mandatory twenty-four hour notice is required. If a student is ill on a lesson day, you are required to contact the instructor before 9:00 am. Messages cannot be relayed through the facility office. Under these circumstances when proper notice is given, the instructor will make up one (1) lesson per student per semester.
